The area of Western Granada is situated in central Andalucia, Southern Spain.

City of Granada
The City of Granada is a 30 minutes drive from any of our properties offered for sale.
The City´s Albayzín area, with views of The Alhambra, with its Islamic style architecture where trailing plants and scent of flowers adorn a myriad balconies, to the city's art galleries and museums; and from the city's cosmopolitan shops to the city's vast number of bars and restaurants.
Moclín
The quaint white village of Moclín is situated in the north of the Granada Province, Andalucía.
Moclín is the highest village within the region of Western Granada, and at an altitude of 1,107m the views from the castle ruins are expansive with views of the village, surrounding countryside all set against a back drop of the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
Íllora
The town/pueblo of Íllora has many amenities including bars, cafés, supermarkets, banks and of course a weekly market.
Íllora is included in two of the routes of the "Legado Andalusí"; - the Route of Washington Irving and Route of Califat and the pueblo's castle, though now in a ruinous condition, dates back to the Califat period and dominates the Íllora horizon as it nestles upon the giant outcrop of rocks in the centre of Íllora. It is believed that many of the stones from the town's castle were used to construct the town's church.
